Submission Guidelines

Follow the instructions provided in each listing carefully.
All proposals or bids must be submitted by the stated deadlines.
Questions regarding any RFP or bid should be submitted in writing by the deadline listed. Answers to all questions will be shared here on this page so all prospective bidders have access to the same information.
EPP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or bids, in whole or in part, and to waive minor irregularities in the submission process.
