Each September, we gather under Wyoming skies for an unforgettable evening celebrating local food, community, and the farmers and ranchers who make it all possible. Grown on the Prairie Gourmet is more than a dinner, it's a sunset celebration of everything we grow, raise, and cultivate together. Join us for a one-of-a-kind farm-to-table evening as we blend the vibrant flavors of Italy with the bounty of Northeast Wyoming. Enjoy a locally inspired Italian dinner featuring ingredients grown right here in our community, served in the gardens where we grow food for our neighbors.
