The Edible Prairie Project is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors made up of seven dedicated members. Each board member brings unique skills, experience, and passion that help guide our mission of bridging the food insecurity gap in Campbell County. We deeply appreciate their time, expertise, and commitment.

In this issue, we’re highlighting Stephanie Bryce who currently services our Vice Chair.

What inspired you to join our Board?

I was drawn to the Edible Prairie Project from the beginning because I saw the need to bridge the gap between food insecurity and families. I signed up right away to be a sponsor for the Summer Weekend Meals for Kids program and joined the board because I truly believe in our mission of providing fresh produce to families.

What does access to fresh, local food mean to you?

I love that EPP provides fresh, locally grown produce to families, ensuring that everyone has access to high-quality nutrition regardless of their circumstances.

What's something people might be surprised to learn about you?

I love Local and supporting all things that have to do with keeping our community alive and thriving. I also live for the outdoors and camping.
